Extremely rare AC Milan third shirt from the 1996–97 season, produced by Lotto with Opel as main sponsor. Black short-sleeve version with red-and-white sleeve detailing, embroidered club crest and star, and a tonal jacquard pattern running through the fabric.

This shirt is one of the most unusual Milan designs of the 1990s. It was not a regular league shirt and is best known as the model worn in the Amsterdam ArenA inauguration friendly against Ajax on 14 August 1996, a match Milan won 3–0 with goals from Dejan Savićević, Marco Simone and Demetrio Albertini.
