🏛 PRIVATE COLLECTION 🏛
Bologna home full kit, 1997/98, match-worn by Roberto Baggio. Diadora issue with Granarolo sponsor; classic rossoblù stripes and number 10 in player-spec light plastic. This number deteriorates quickly over time, so it is almost impossible to find versions that are not damaged.
Under Renzo Ulivieri, Bologna finished 8th in Serie A and reached the Coppa Italia Round of 16, earning a place in the summer Intertoto Cup. It was their second consecutive top-half finish after promotion, built on solid home form and a strong spring run that pushed them into European qualification.
Wearing No. 10, Baggio delivered a career-best 22 Serie A goals in 30 games (23 in 33 in all competitions). Highlights included a hat-trick in a 5–1 win over Napoli and a string of decisive spring performances that secured both Bologna’s top-eight finish and his recall to Italy’s 1998 World Cup squad. It was the season that relaunched him at the highest level and led to his move the following summer.
Status: Part of the Calcio 90 Private Collection, not for sale.
