🏛 PRIVATE COLLECTION 🏛

Parma home shirt, 1995/96, match-worn by Alberto Di Chiara vs Cagliari, and signed. Puma player-issue in white with blue/yellow detailing and Parmalat branding woven into the fabric; long sleeves and DI CHIARA 3 in blue flock to the back.

Nevio Scala’s final season was a bridge between the early-90s trophy surge and the Ancelotti years. Parma finished 6th in Serie A, reached the Cup Winners’ Cup quarter-finals, and leaned on a robust defensive unit—Bucci behind Mussi, Cannavaro, Apolloni/Sensini and Di Chiara—with quick vertical play through Dino Baggio and Zola. It was also the campaign in which a 17-year-old Gianluigi Buffon broke through, underlining the club’s shift to a younger core.

Parma 4–0 Cagliari, 14 January 1996. A dominant winter performance at the Tardini. Stefano Mussi opened on 17 minutes, before Alberto Di Chiara settled the contest with a brace—a left-sided surge and finish on 66', then a late second on 90'—bookending an own goal by Firicano (69'). Scala’s XI featured Zola and Stoichkov up front, with Di Chiara controlling the left channel.
