🏛 PRIVATE COLLECTION 🏛
Parma yellow away jersey from 1996/97, worn by Lilian Thuram. Made by Puma with the Parmalat sponsor, finished with No. 21 in the fabric.
Thuram arrived from Monaco in the summer of 1996 and slipped straight into Carlo Ancelotti’s back line, alternating between right-back and centre-half with the same effortless authority. He read danger early, attacked the ball late, and carried it forward with long, loping strides that turned defence into momentum. Alongside Buffon, Cannavaro and Benarrivo he helped forge the spine that pushed Parma to the sharp end of Serie A and back into the European elite. The No. 21 became his calling card in Italy: discipline, range, and competitive steel, a prelude to the trophies and legend that followed.
Status: Part of the Calcio 90 Private Collection, not for sale.
