🏛 PRIVATE COLLECTION 🏛
Juventus home shirt, 1994/95, match-worn by Ciro Ferrara. Kappa issue with Danone sponsor; classic black-and-white stripes in player specification (polo collar, rib cuffs). Star-topped crest and Kappa Omini at the chest; the back carries a the number 2 in the fabric of the shirt as was only done with match shirts.
Lippi’s side were relentlessly consistent from autumn onward, finishing with the league’s best record and closing out the year by defeating Parma 3–0 on aggregate in the Coppa Italia final. In Europe they reached an all-Italian UEFA Cup final—again versus Parma—settling for runners-up after a tight two-leg tie. The campaign also marked the first full season of the Deschamps–Sousa midfield axis that gave Juve balance behind the front line.
Signed from Napoli in the summer of 1994, Ciro Ferrara stepped straight in as a first-choice centre-back, partnering primarily Massimo Carrera and setting the tone with anticipation, aerial strength and leadership. He featured heavily across league and cups, becoming a key part of the defence that underpinned the title run and beginning the long Turin chapter that would define the prime of his career.
Status: Part of the Calcio 90 Private Collection, not for sale.
