Inter shirt, 1997/98, match-worn by Ronaldo (No. 10) vs Juventus. Umbro issue with Pirelli sponsor in season-correct player spec: classic Nerazzurri cut, star-topped crest and Umbro wordmark at the chest, and RONALDO 10 on the back in the lightweight 1997/98 flock print.
Under Gigi Simoni, Inter finished 2nd in Serie A and captured the UEFA Cup, beating Lazio 3–0 in the Paris final after overturning a first-leg deficit against Strasbourg and edging past Spartak Moscow in the semis - a return to European silverware in the early Pirelli era.
In his debut campaign he wore No. 10, scored 25 league goals and 34 in all competitions, and was crowned the 1997 Ballon d’Or winner. His UEFA Cup run included decisive knockout strikes and the signature round-the-keeper finish in the final, sealing one of the most celebrated seasons of his career.
