🏛 PRIVATE COLLECTION 🏛
Inter home shirt, 1992/93, match-worn by Giuseppe Bergomi (No. 2). Long-sleeve Umbro issue with Misura sponsor; polo collar, and rib cuffs. The front shows the star-topped crest and Umbro detailing; the back carries the cloth number 2 stitched onto the shirt.
Under new coach Osvaldo Bagnoli, Inter put together a disciplined league campaign and finished second behind Milan, qualifying for Europe. The side balanced a tight back line with the cutting edge of Rubén Sosa in attack, and the Fitgar-branded Umbro kit became a hallmark of that solid, pragmatic season.
Wearing No. 2, Giuseppe “Lo Zio” Bergomi captained the team from right-back, alternating into central defence when required. Ever reliable in one-v-one duels and aerial play, he logged heavy minutes across league and cup and set the organisational tone for Bagnoli’s structure - experience, positioning, and leadership in a shirt that matched the man.
Status: Part of the Calcio 90 Private Collection, not for sale.
