Udinese home shirt, 1995/96, match worn by Raffaele Ametrano. Made by Hummel, with No. 7 in lightweight plastic print to the back.
In 1995–96, Raffaele Ametrano was a regular for Udinese, making 34 appearances in all competitions - 32 in Serie A and 2 in the Coppa Italia - as the club finished 11th in Serie A under Alberto Zaccheroni. Used mainly on the right side of midfield, he was part of the team that had just returned to the top flight after winning Serie B the previous season, and his performances helped earn him a move to Juventus in the summer of 1996. Ametrano had come through at Napoli and developed at Ischia before establishing himself at Udinese; later in his career he also won the 1996 UEFA European Under-21 Championship with Italy.
